Port Blair
- Mt. Harriet - Red Skin/Jolly Buoy Islands - Havelock Island -
Departure
Day 01 / Port Blair
Arrival at Port Blair in the morning & transfer to your
respective hotel. In the afternoon, we visit Chidiya Tapu -
about 26 kms from Port Blair. Its generally known as bird
island. Lush green mangroves and beautiful beach with
breath-taking sunset, creates a mesmerizing environment.
Day 02 / Mt. Harriet
We start off after breakfast, for Mt. Harriet - 2nd highest peak
(365 meters high) in the Andamans. From here we trek for about 5
km to Kalapathar, through a nature's trial of exotic flora and
fauna, endemic birds and butterflies. In the late Afternoon, we
visit the Corbyn’s Cove Beach - 7 kms from Port Blair - a
coconut palm fringed beach, ideal for swimming, sun-basking,
bathing, snorkeling, scuba diving, etc.
Day 03 / Red Skin/Jolly Buoy
Islands
We start off after breakfast for a full-day excursion to Red
Skin/Jolly Buoy Islands (about 50 kms from Port Blair) - the two
islands in Mahatma Gandhi Marine National Park to see coral
reefs, exotic varieties of beautiful ornamental fish and other
marine life. The fascinating world of tropical forest and sandy
beaches coupled with clear blue water creates a breath-taking
aura.
Day 04 / Havelock Island
Early morning (5.30 am) departure by inter-island ferry to
Havelock Island (57 kms. by sea from Port Blair). We stay here
overnight amongst sandy beach and lush green forest in tents on
the beach side or in a comfortable tourist home.
Day 05 / Havelock Island
Upon return from Havelock Island in the Afternoon, we visit the
Andaman Water Sports Complex which offers numerous facilities
for water & adventure sports like water-skiing, speed boats,
water scooters, para-sailing, wind-surfing, etc.
Day 06 / Departure
Transfer to Airport/Harbour for return flight/voyage to Kolkata/Chennai.
